By using the LoadCentral-ebiz services (the "Service"), you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you must provide a Parental Consent Letter.
  • You must be a human; accounts registered by "bots" or automated methods are not permitted.

3. Account Registration

  • You are required to provide accurate information during registration, including your full name, email address, and mobile number.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Activation as a LoadCentral SubDealer incurs a non-refundable fee as specified in our guidelines.
  • All transactions are subject to verification and may take up to 2 hours or more for processing.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfers (BDO, BPI, etc.), GCash and  PayMaya from verified accounts.

5. Transaction Policies

  • All sales are final; refunds will not be issued for successfully dispensed credits.
  • In cases where the purchased product is unavailable, customers will be contacted regarding refunds.

6. Business Hours

Our operations run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM GMT+8, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Transactions made outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.

7. Use of Service

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

8. Earnings Disclaimer

Results may vary based on individual effort and expertise. This is not a multi-level marketing or networking business; no income guarantees or promises are made.

9. Limitation of Liability

LoadCentral-ebiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LoadCentral-ebiz operates.
